As a Sales Leader, you will interact with team members across the organization, designers and retail clients to ensure a best in class service experience. This role is accountable for driving sales, customer experience, people development, recruitment, coaching and performance management as well as maintaining visual standards. As part of the Elte team, you must be driven, flexible and motivated to achieve goals.

WHAT YOU DO (among other things):

·        Ensure each client is provided with an outstanding service experience

·        Drive and grow department sales

·        Act as a service leader and consistently manage the showroom floor

·        Support in the recruiting, developing and coaching of sales staff and stock associates

·        Maintain high level of store maintenance

·        Manage schedule and administration as required
